Refund policy

14-Day Return Policy We want you to love your TAKEOUT gear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we gladly accept returns within 14 days of receiving your item.

Eligibility for Returns (Strictly Enforced) To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact same condition that you received it: 100% brand new, unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging with all tags attached.

  • 3D Printed & Standard Products: All products are eligible for return as long as they meet the "new and sealed" condition.

  • Used or Damaged Items: We strictly do not accept returns for items that have been opened, used, worn, or damaged by the user after delivery. If a returned item shows any signs of use or opened packaging, the return will be rejected.

How to Start a Return To start a return, please contact us at info@take-out.co.kr with your order number. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Change of Mind: For returns due to a change of mind, you are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If the item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or if you received the wrong item, TAKEOUT will cover the return shipping costs. We will provide a return shipping label or reimburse your shipping expenses once the issue is verified.

Damages and Issues Upon Delivery Please inspect your order upon reception. If there are any defects or damages, contact us immediately with photo evidence so we can evaluate the issue and make it right at no extra cost to you.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If the item is confirmed to be in its original, sealed condition (or verified as defective), your refund will be approved. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
