- Unlock your phone: Ensure your smartphone is unlocked and the screen is on.
- Tap the keychain: Gently tap the back of your phone (near the top for iPhones, or the middle for Androids) against the RetroPlay keychain.
- Open the link: A notification will pop up on your screen. Tap it to launch the RetroPlay web app.
- Enjoy the music: Use the virtual click-wheel to browse playlists and play your favorite nostalgic hits!
Troubleshooting (If the tap doesn't work):
- For Android: Ensure the NFC feature is turned on. You can easily enable it by swiping down from the top of your screen to access Quick Settings, or by going to Settings > Connections > NFC.
- For older iPhones (7, 8, X): Swipe to open your Control Center and tap the NFC tag reader icon before tapping the keychain.

Q. Will the playlists be updated?
A. Yes. We periodically refresh and add new curated playlists - no action needed from you.
Q. What if my keyring stops working?
A. We offer a 30-day warranty against NFC failure under normal use. Just contact us with your order details.
Q. Can I use it overseas?
A. Yes, as long as you have internet access. RetroPlay works anywhere in the world.
