Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

  • Please Note: Many of our items, including 3D printed goods and custom keychains, are carefully made-to-order in our Singapore studio. This processing time ensures each piece meets our quality standards before it heads your way.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates (Singapore)

We offer flat-rate tracked shipping for all domestic orders within Singapore.

  • Standard Delivery (Tracked): $2.00 SGD (Estimated delivery: 2-3 business days)
  • Free Shipping: Available for all domestic orders over $50.00 SGD.

International Shipping

We are thrilled to offer international shipping worldwide via SingPost (Singapore Post)! Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the total weight of your package and the destination country.

Estimated International Delivery Times:

  • Zone 1 (e.g., Malaysia, Brunei): 5 to 12 business days
  • Zone 2 (e.g., South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, etc.): 8 to 16 business days

  • Zone 3 (e.g., USA, Australia, Europe, etc.): 7 to 16 business days

International Shipping Options:

  • Standard Airmail (Untracked): An economical option. Please note that this method does not provide a tracking number and is delivered directly to your mailbox.

  • Standard Registered (Tracked): Includes a tracking number so you can monitor your package's journey. A signature may be required upon delivery.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

TAKEOUT is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

How Do I Check the Status of My Order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us. If you selected a "Tracked" shipping option, this email will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available in the SingPost system.

If you haven’t received your order within the estimated delivery time for your zone, please contact us at info@take-out.co.kr with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you immediately.
