Order Processing Time

 All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please Note: Many of our items, including 3D printed goods and custom keychains, are carefully made-to-order in our Singapore studio. This processing time ensures each piece meets our quality standards before it heads your way.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates (Singapore)

 We offer flat-rate tracked shipping for all domestic orders within Singapore.

• Standard Delivery (Tracked): $2.50 SGD (Estimated delivery: 2-3 business days)

• Free Shipping: Available for all domestic orders over $50.00 SGD.

International Shipping

 At this time, TAKEOUT only ships within Singapore. We are working hard to bring our products to the rest of the world soon, so please stay tuned!

How Do I Check the Status of My Order?

 When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available in the SingPost system.

 If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@take-out.co.kr with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you immediately.
